Disrupters of flow= triangulation of your feelings where you base your acceptance of self on the response (or lack thereof) of the environment you depend on for validation. So you’ll wait until you’re greenlit, and often that means waiting indefinitely since you’d have to present yourself in an accessible and appeasing packaging to get the attention.
Inversion of flow = when you attack yourself. this happens when you adapt your self-expression and inner experience to the expressions and experiences displayed by those around you. You use them as tracing paper to cut off and discard what isn’t reflected back of you. Erasure of self
